Appareance

Couleur pourpre, profonde, reflets rouges. « Le Château de Cach allie structure et fruit tout en conservant des tanins soyeux. Porté par une belle persistance aromatique, son apogée se situe au bout d’une dizaine d’années ». Belle pièce de bœuf rôtie, blanquette de veau, tajine.
